Do I have to know my service intervals?
No - that is the point. Pick your make, model and year and the factory intervals fill in automatically. You can always override them or enter your own by mileage or date.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The app is offline-first: you can log services and check status with no signal, and your data is backed up. Cross-device sync is a Pro feature.
Which bikes are supported?
The built-in knowledge base covers a growing range of makes, models and classes - enduro, MX, sport, ADV, touring and more, old and new. If your exact model is not in yet, you can still log everything and set your own intervals.
What does the suspension assistant actually do?
It helps you set sag, starts from a baseline for your specific bike, and gives symptom-based guidance - which adjuster to turn and which way for what you feel on the trail or road. It only shows the adjusters your bike actually has. Suspension is a Pro feature; the public sag calculator is free.
What is the difference between monthly, annual and lifetime?
Monthly is $4.99/mo for flexibility. Annual is $39.99/yr (the best value, roughly a third less than monthly) and includes a 7-day free trial. Lifetime is a one-time $89.99 if you would rather not subscribe.
Is my data mine?
